What this preview stores
Your signed-in account identifier and workspace data are used to keep your profile, saved opportunities, tasks, applications, deadlines, and review requests associated with your account. Uploaded documents are stored privately and retrieved only after account authorization.
How your information is used
Workspace information supports the tools you use. The structured guidance preview uses your profile and records to select templates; it does not send your data to an external AI model.
Your controls
You can edit your profile and delete saved records and uploaded files. Calendar exports are created in your browser. Sign-in is managed by ChatGPT.
Before a public launch
Operator contact details, retention periods, subprocessors, data-rights procedures, and jurisdiction-specific notices must be finalized before accepting public customers. This notice describes the preview and is not a finalized public-service policy.
